INCORRECT SERVICE PROVIDED

<p>To whom this may go.</p> <p>On Wednesday the 9th of Nov I went to the Postnet Waterfall Mall branch. I had my companies Aircraft manual book with me. Walking in the branch was very busy and full and only after a few minutes the lady at the front till aknowladge me and greeted with, we will assist you in a bit. They did not at all looked happy to be there and to be assisting the clients. After 15minites a young lady assisted me, not that she looked very pleased to do so. I explained to her that our aircraft book was extremely old and needed a new file ring in the middle since it can no longer close properly. She said that unfortunately they don’t replace the rings. But that she can bind them in a binder ring booklet. I said sure then but copies can be made and blinded and the originals must stay as is because of the old value of the manual. She said ok but she can’t help me any time soon since they have a lot of books to bind i said unfortunately i can’t leave the manual since we don’t know when we might need the aircraft and that we not allowed to fly without the manual the other lady then told her she would help and push us in. They asked me to return the following day. </p> <p>I did so, on my return the lady said she wanted to show me what a copy did on the side of the page i said its fine i knew it would show the holes punched on the side. She said ok she will quickly bind the book, I left the shop to go buy thing at cna on my return 10minutes later the lady was busy binding the original manual i asked her way she was binding the original paper and not copies and she said that I never asked for the manual to be copied which i did.</p> <p>She then said sell make copies then but never said sorry for her mistake, I left and on Monday the 14th I went to collect to copies and manual and had to pay R569.00 which I feel is ridiculously high after her mistake to communicate the price to me and getting the order incorrect as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not support Postnet anytime soon, I had to explain to my Superior why there were extra holes in the pages...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
