Incompetince and lack of service

I am highly disappointed and dispondent by the service I received at Post Net Lenasia today.

All I wanted was a document printed. The specifications are simple two per page. The people assisting were unable to execute the instructions thus having my husband to physically take the mouse and try and assist them. Only to be rushed as it was their closing time. I usually like to support local businesses but experiences like these makes one dispondent.
