I shipped a package from Durban sparks rd post net on 30th Oct at around 14h30 . The following morning 31st Oct at 6h50 I called the riverside branch ********** 800 in Durban to stop the shipping. The gentlemen said the parcel is in jhb he will send them an email. I was not satisfied I got the telephone number for jhb ********** 000 they transfered me to post net call centre I spoke to a lady and gave her the tracking number PP ********** 20 and explained to her the parcel needs to be returned to sparks road post net and not shipped to Nigeria . she said she received the e mail and she has made a new way bill ********** 5980 and the item will be sent back. I phoned on Wednesday to check they told me that the parcel is on its way. On Thursday they tell me the parcel has being delivered to Nigeria. This is totally *********** service.
