*********** and False advertising Postnet Randfontein
<p>I requested two documents to be sent overnight on the 23rd of May, first you can't track the parcel, tracking number does not exist and then they sent the parcel that was supposed to go to Meadowdale to Pretoria, the excuse was it was my clients Pretoria branch, they don't even have a branch in Pretoria. The second parcel was for Port Noloth only to be advised that those parcels are delivered certain days. Why was I not informed the day I requested overnight I wouldn't have paid the R610.00 if I knew my clients would only receive the parcels 4 days later! This is shocking I would not recommend that you use Postnet Randfontein</p>

Thank you for responding to my post. We have a small business and have to make use of courier/SA Post Office to send registered/overnight post. This is a huge problem as you can't rely on SA Post Office or Postnet, who do you turn to?
I truly hope this issue is addressed and not swept under the carpet as most cases?
