INCOMPETENCE AT POSTNET

I have never experience such incompetence over something so easy and straight forward. Postnet had only one task: collect my documents from one location and have it delivered to its final destination. They misplaced the documents and sent them to wrong addresses. These are very important documents that have been notarized and legalized. They are aware that these documents are time-frame sensitive but they still dragged until I couldn't use the documents for international travel. My police clearance expired before I could use it because of their negligence and carelessness. They misplaced important documents such as notarized academic transcripts and all my certificates. They misplaced these documents and dragged the process until my police clearance expired. This means that I have forfeited the great job offer I had received overseas. Getting these documents ready costs a lot of money and now I have to restart the process which is gonna cost me lots of money again. I suggested that they refund me because first of all, I lost a job because of them. Secondly, if it was not for their incompetence my police clearance wouldn't have expired before use. Thirdly, all the payments I made when I was preparing these documents were all in vain because I didn't leave SA due to my expired pcc and some of my documents still missing and they haven't found them. When I asked that they take full responsibility and refund me, they told me that " a refund as you are suggesting is not going to happen" .
