Incompetence

<p>Between the 16 and 17 th of november 2016 my wife entered the brits postnet, she inquired about sending documents weighing approximately 1.7 kg overseas, the sales person informed her that the amount would be R540.00. Today we wanted, to send the documents, the sales person (miriam) took the package and the money (R540) 10 minutes later, i recived a phone call that the price for sending the package was now R1990, I took back my package, and the R540.</p> <p>1. Had the persone been competent, they would have given me the correct price.</p> <p>2. The manager, and the personel have a" i don't care take it or leave it "attitude.</p> <p>3. Our planning has received a major setback, our trust in postnet has been severely, undermined.</p> <p>4. We would have gladly payed the amount due, had it been declared, from the start, but this is the equivalent of buying milk from a supermarket for R10 and before leaving being told that the milk now costs R25.</p> <p> </p>
