I went to Postnet at Kolonade mall for fingerprints, my phone froze and I couldn't access my emails, I was offered a computer to try and access my emails but for some reason I was mocked by some of the employees, the guy that assisted me turned my situation into a joke. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. They could've at least discussed and laughed at my situation in my absence.
