I want my parcel back postnet Richards Bay

Poor service from postnet Richards Bay lakeside on 6/02/2026 I sent my parcel and they’re told me its going to take 3 working days but on the day it supposed to arrives it did not arrive when I tried to track it on the app it showed that it never left Richards Bay then i called them to ask about my parcel they told me that the driver took the parcel and signed for it but now they trying to locate and they opened an investigation so since then I’ve been that story telling me they still investigating until this date I’m so tired of this I just want my parcel back
