i lost clothes worth R15000. demoralised

please help me.<br> my name is lizzy. I sell branded clothes. since I started ive been using west gate postnet to send parcel to my customers. for the first time in the business I received an order cost R15000 for customers in Polokwane. as usual I used westgate Polokwane. on 29 april I sent the parcel, on the 30th I received a call from one of my client saying they did not receive the parcel, I contacted west gate postnet and they said to me your parcel has been lost or rather the courier has been ******. they told me the is nothing they can help me with because the goods where not insured, I was shocked to hear the insurance for the first time. I call the head office they told me all postnet are owed by different people so I should contact westage they will tell me what I have to do next. I requested a case number which was a hustle to get. I call ollifansfontein police station and give them case number which they said to me only phones where reported missing on this case. I have tried to contact the wesgate postnet but they don't care about this. please help me on what I can do next, I lost everything I worked for since I started working. I feel like the world is on top of me.
