I have sent the package 📦 from PostNet Lochlogan Bloemfontein to PostNet steelport in Limpopo

I have sent the package 📦 from PostNet Lochlogan Bloemfontein to PostNet steelport in Limpopo. When the client receives the package 📦 one item was short. I have taken a video before I package 📦 the items. I have asked the client to take a picture of the package 📦 received. The sellotape on the package received is not the same sellotape Lochlogan used when closing the package 📦. I have reported to PostNet customer service and till today I’m not reimburse or any news that they are investigating. They are just being quiet.
