I don't know who f***** up parcel info but someone did

Do not use DHL or there service providers Aramex to send a gift to anyone.

On Friday the 4th of January. I decided to send a small gift from Hartbee****rt South Africa, to Paris France. From a post net, that provides your services. I packed 4 pairs of socks, I scarf, a small glass trinket and a letter into your smallest box size. With the box the parcel only weighed 0.7kgs.

The total value of the box is R500. 4* socks (4*R50) 1*scarf (1*R300) 1*glass trinket is of no value but sentiment 1*letter of no value but emotional

You or service provider and you sub contractors are trying to ****, the recipient out of R3500 rand because somewhere along you service chain. You've messed up.

You've taken the total value of the parcel and multip**** it by the items it includes.

I don't care who's fault it is, but you've turned a small good gesture into a c**** and complication.

And if you will not give the gift as intended to its recipient. I want it returned.
