No one answers a phone and no one is willing to tend to a query, and then they lie about "attempted deliveries" for urgent items that needed to be delivered.

I have been at home all day, my number is on the delivery instruction, and so is the sender's, no one was here and no one called, then you put a bull**** status update saying attempted delivery. Don't spread lies, that is disgusting.
