HORRID HORRID follow up service

Absolutely horrid service, a family member of mine shipped a package on 14 November 2022 at 13h26 and the package has been missing since. Post Net and their totally *********** service does not have their customers best interest at heart and you should never EVER trust their shipping service. They have a tracking service and just like their personnel it REFUSES to do its job. The Newcastle Branch at the Newcastle Mall does not answer their phone at all.
