Horrid Customer Service

I was there just now, horrible customer service especially towards people of color. I went there to do ******** background check for employment reasons which is needed asap. There were two black ladies on duty at postnet verwoerd park in alberton, when I first got there I had to wait about 10mins before I could be assisted both girls were biased towards me because only white people were assisted first as priority. I had to even greet her first to get her attention in order for her to help me. A process that should usually take 10mins took an hour more I had to even leave the store due to them not doing their jobs.
