Horrible service, turning back back customers

Horrible experience!

I got to their Waterfall shop at 17:55 to be told that they are already closed. I walked in because the shop closes at 18:00 as indicated on the door.

The teller was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me that she had already cashed out, I should come back tomorrow. When I told her that it’s not 18:00 yet, her answer was that her clock shows 17:58 and regardless of the time, she had already cashed out the till.

Why do you say that you close at 18:00 when you hire unprofessional people who choose to close before time?

How do you claim to be convenient when you make customers plan around your working hours only to tell them that you can’t assist them?

I’ve never seen such unprofessional service. Aramax should have a proper shop, Postnet is starting to be very inconvenient
