Horrible service from Postnet Woodhill and Bluewater Bay

Actually giving Postnet 1 star is totally overrated!! The sender handed in a parcel at the Woodhill Parkview branch at 09:34 on Thursday 18-07-2024. It was clearly stated, and paid for, that it must be an overnight delivery to Postnet in Bluewater Bay PE. This did NOT happen and on request the person at Woodhill branch, Lebohang, admitted that she has put the wrong sticker on the parcel. The manager of Postnet Bluewater Bay informed me on Friday afternoon that I must go to the Aramex depot at the PE airport and search for my parcel myself!!! He is not going to do it, he will only call them on Saturday morning. I did go to the Aramex depot on Friday evening and found it. The Aramex employees at this depot were very helpful. I will NEVER make use of these branches again!!!
