Horrible service

So I sent out a parcel from Rustenburg to Midrand last week Tuesday, it was supposed to be an overnight courier meaning the recipient was supposed to get the parcel on Thursday however that didn't happen, when I tracked the parcel on Thursday it said that the delivery was delayed, okay fast forward to Friday in the morning it said that the parcel was loaded in a vehicle and it was scheduled to be delivered on Friday during the day but that didn't happen either. So on Saturday I decided to call the call center but I couldn't reach them so I decided to call the Rustenburg branch and they said to me they'll follow up with the midrand branch and they will get back to me, that didn't happen either. Today I decided to call midrand branch and they told me that they believe the parcel would be delivered today but that didn't happen. Think twice before taking your parcel to PostNet they don't know how to deal with client. I'm so ****ed.
