Horrible service at Postnet Kimberly Northern cape mall

I have experienced a horrible service and ****** at Postnet Kimberly northern cape mall, Gail refused to help me first even when I was the first at the counter, she offered to assist a client behind me. When I take it up with Richo their manager, turned out and talk Afrikaans even when I informed him of my less knowledge about the language. The ****** and bad service this company has somehow reminded me of hard days of apartheid.
