Horrible service and legal fees

I recently sent parcels via post net from cape town to Pietermaritzburg. I sold the items and had it delivered to postnet Victoria road in Pietermaritzburg. I then picked them up there and delivered it to the purchaser and now they say that they gave me an extra box. They are now charging me with theft when they dispatched the box incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend using there service as there are ***********. If they can do this to me they could do it to you. Please try to avoid them at All costs. It's not worthit. I paid around R1500 for delivery and this is the bull**** I get in return.
