HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!! The first thing that was brought to my attention was that there was no sanitation at the door or even when working with my own personal memory stick. The first thing I was made aware of was the fact that they were closing soon. There was only one person up front and he had to call the rest of the staff from the back to come and help me. When I finally got helped, the woman asked me if I can rather come back tomorrow. I had a project dew the next day so I said no. My documents wasn’t in a file and she had a problem with that as well. When she finally told me for the third time it is closing time I said leave it I’ll make another plan. This service is unfortunate because during Covid-19 staff should understand that people come in close to closing time because they have work during the day. Not just that, businesses like Postnet should lead up there staff to help the costumer no matter what time they arrive or what computer skills the customer has. I will not recommend Postnet Durbanville to anyone that needs printing done in a matter of fact any service.
