HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I visited PostNet Melville on Monday to send an overnight parcel, hoping it would arrive in time for my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the delivery. What's even more frustrating is that I have called twice today, and they have no explanation as to why the parcel hasn't been delivered. Each time, they promise to check with the courier and get back to me, but it has now been five hours, and no one is answering my calls anymore. It feels like I'm being ignored, and the money I paid to ensure the parcel arrived on time has been wasted, ruining the chance to make my nephew's birthday special. When I sent the parcel, I was assured everything would be fine and that it would definitely be delivered the next day.

Not long after, I received a call from PostNet, apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that I could collect a portion of the amount I paid as compensation for the delay. They reassured me that the parcel would definitely be delivered by the end of the day. However, shortly after, they contacted my grandmother, who is receiving the parcel on behalf of my nephew, to tell her that the delivery would only happen on Friday. Now, I understand that delays and inconveniences happen , I work with the public daily and know the frustrations firsthand. But I pride myself on being honest with my customers, and what PostNet is doing now feels incredibly misleading. But hey, life goes on, and we move forward. They can keep the reimbur*****t money it’s no longer about that.

Eventually, the phone was delivered on Thursday, and I’m glad my nephew was able to take it to his Matric Dance on Friday. He had been excited about taking iPhone pictures, especially since his previous phone had a broken screen. I apologize if I seemed dramatic, but a lot was riding on this phone, it wasn’t just for his birthday, but also for capturing memories at his Matric Dance. Thank you!
