HORRIBLE SERVICE

I sent my parcel last week on 11th of May 2020 via Postnet in Metlife Port Elizabeth.I paid for a door to door service and they use Aramex to deliver the parcels. This parcel is going to Mt Fletcher but it passed Mount Fletcher-Durban back to Port Elizabeth and now I'm told that It went to Johannesburg. Why did they agree to take it if they were not gonna deliver???? I even gave the lady from postnet coordinates to our home so that the driver does not get lost. I wany my parcel back and my refund. The lady from Aramex in Port Elizabeth did not even assist me when I called. Useless!!! Posnet and Aramex le useless!!!!!
