Horrible Service

My mom sent me a parcel like she usually does atleast once a month from Port Alfred to Dainfern on Wednesday morning 9am only for them to tell me that my parcel that had my new born medicine will be dilivered on Tuesday, what nonsense is this? Since when does it take a week for you to get your parcel in SA? This is now the 2cnd time that this is happening that's why I stopped using post office I would never recommend Post net to anyone ever again. The inconvenience!
