Horrible service

I had a horribly frustrating experience at postnet Brooklyn Pretoria. The staff was not willing to help and there was no sense of order in the store. The employees spoke to each other as if there were no clients in the store ( It was busy).

I approached the manager and she gave a half hearted excuse, I am sure nothing is going to be done about it.

Guys please teach your staff some basic work ethic.
