Horrible PostNet Service !

I'm really disappointed at the service I have received from PostNet. A parcel was sent to from the PostNet in Thavhani Mall (Thohoyandou) to be collected at the PostNet branch in King Williams Town. That was on 29 April 2025. It is now June 2025, and I am yet to receive my parcel.

When I follow up with the King Williams branch, I am told to call the the Thohoyandou branch, which never answers the phone.

When I call the Head Office the phone is never answered and the number cited on the site (***8) does not seem to be operational, it just rings & rings.

I'm really at my wits end ! What else must I do receive my parcel ?
