Horrible Management at PostNet Gardens Cape Town

<p>I visited the PostNet Gardens branch thinking I can set-up forwarding from our current PostNet mailbox in Stellenbosch to our new P.O. box at the local post office. Multiple times I mentioned that our current PostNet mailbox is in Stellenbosch, but the manager just got more aggressive saying they do not have this number (never saying that I should go to Stellenbosch to actually do this). As a not-so-knowledgable consumer about how their system works, I would have appreciated an explanation about how the different PostNets are not linked to each other and you therefore cannot set-up forwarding of a Stellenbosch PostNet box at the Gardens branch! Needless to say, the manager was very rude and should really learn how to deal with customers that are not equipped with all the knowledge of how their post boxes work. </p>
