Horrible Delivery Services

I posted a parcel on 30 September 2026 from Cape Town to a PostNet branch in Butterworth, Eastern Cape. Until today, my parcel has still not reached Butterworth.

I have been tracking the parcelonline, and it has been stuck in East London for days. I have also been trying to contact PostNet, but the number is not going through.

I was told that delivery would take 2–3 days, but it has now been almost two weeks. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

I honestly regret using PostNet and will never use the service again. I need an urgent update on the whereabouts of my parcel and an explanation for this delay.
