Horrible customer service

I had the worst experience with Postnet, the one in Parklands Lifestyle Centre to be precise. I send of a package, was charged an overnight delivery fee, and my package only arrived 4 days later! I went back to query the service, since I was paying for a service I clearly did not receive and I was told its the courier company's fault and they will get back to me, to date I still haven't received any feedback. now I say this because I'm in the service industry myself, you do not at any time let you client walk away unhappy and you didn't at least try to right your wrong. Its 3 weeks later, no call, no e-mail. the staff assisting me first denied he promised me overnight delivery till I pulled out my slips. He was lying to my face and the shipping took place the previous week. Its the worst service I have received in a very long time. I will under no circumstances be using Postnet ever again or reccommend it to any of my friends.
