Horrible customer service

After today's experience with the Postnet Three Rivers never I again will I use it or advise someone to use it ever! I sent a parcel on the 11th Dec from Three Rivers to Jo'burg only to be collected by the wrong person on the 13th Dec ,they used the wrong waybills on my parcel and its such a nightmare to sort it out ,I have used my airtime to phone all over to track my parcel until today I still have not received it, I have been sent from pillar to post about this no one wants to take the blame or responsibility for it ,I have paid for a one day delivery and its almost a week I have not received my parcel and now the branch is blaming the drivers for not scanning the waybill meanwhile they used the incorrect waybill to give to the driver, this situation is impossible I cant deal with horrible service like this because I thought at least with Postnet after paying so much at least I will receive my parcel by now, everytime I phone the branch they promise to call me back shortly which in turn I end up call them back an hour later.Today is the 19th Dec still haven't received my parcel!!!I am furious because this parcel is my phone tht I needed to use meanwhile Im on holiday so that I can communicate with my kids and now Im going on holiday tomorrow my ticket is booked I cant cancel!!!Im sitting with no phone due to negligence and horrible service with Postnet Three Rivers not taking their jobs seriously!!!Im furious I can write a book about this !!!

08 Jan 2018 still don't have an update. no Call or email. Postnet does not even have a Customer complaints department. I guess this is their customer service. A parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me on the 13th Dec 2017 still no courtesy, why do businesses like these allowed in SA to operate?
