Hijacked

If I could I’d give them a -0😡 I am so disappointed with this company and I will not use their services again. I will also discourage anyone that wishes to use POSTNET. I couried a laptop along with AirPods. The Indian lady called me two days later to say “unfortunately your parcel was hijacked. And we told you that there are risks so we not responsible for the loss” I was beyond mad how can you call customers and drop a bomb and say “I told you so”
