Highly disappointed and feel ******!

I queried with dimensions and weight of a box needed to be delivered from Johannesburg to Durban in store (the Glen) store. I was told it will cost me R470. I then proceeded to take the box back to the branch 3 days later, and was told it will now cost me R1210. I cannot understand how the price almost tripled!!! When I asked the consultant at the store, she said there's nothing she can do that's the cost. Unfortunately the parcel was urgent and I had no choice but to pay that amount. And mind you it was not overnight, it was normal service.

Pathetic! Veryy very disappointed as postnet is our first go-to in the ordinary course. Never again though!
