Help

I need help on the 9 0f December @ around about 08:04 I went to postnet the reef sending my children Christmas clothing. To my surprise the parcel wasn't delivered to final destition. When i called king williams branch making follow up, I was told that the courier bakkie was hijacked and email was sent to all sending stores. Called the reef they know nothing about a bakkie being hijacked. I drove to the store the lady could not assist me in any way. Came back with nothing, just now I called the reef again Cindy could not help me she's making excuses that I don't understand the adecity of telling me how busy they are in the store helping customer's ****ed me off. As if I'm nothing. All I wanted to know where the hell is this parcel cause my children are waiting for the clothes. I'm running out of time, I really do not have patience right now I need plan B for my kids clothes is that too much to ask.
