HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL!!

I bought a product online and I received a notification to come and collect it at PostNet Silverton in Pretoria on the 4th of October 2019. I went to collect it on the 11th of October and Richards, the man I found working there told me that they received it and the person who signed for it wasn't in so he couldn't find it. He wrote my name and number down and told me he'd call on the 13th and notify me about my parcel but he didn't. I called to ask about it on the 18th of October 2019 , spoke to Richards who tried to deny knowing about the incident but he eventually remembered that he took my name and he said he'd call me and tell me about my parcel but he still hasn't.
