Handed My Parcel to complete stranger

I paid for an overnight service for a parcel form JHb to DBN. After payment of that parcel from client did not show. I then stop the parcel and ask for it to be sent back to the branch Sandton City. Aramex then hands out that parcel to a total stranger who is not listed on the waybill, he walked into their JHB depot and tooky valuable parcel. It's been 4 months and Aramex nor Postnet has said anything to me. I will not reccomend Postnet nor Aramex for any delivery. Such poor service and no regard to their loyal clients
