Gross Delivery of Service

Entered the store, greeted by a friendly female desk assistant. Mentioned I needed to print something and was directed to the computer and made aware of the billing per minute. Decided to opt to use the service, to my dismay found out that the internet had speeds of lower than 30kb/s. Decided after about 3 minutes that the service was unsatisfactory and that I would opt to use my laptop and phone tethering combination (as it clearly was faster) - managed to email my print work through in under 1 minute using the laptop (it was merely forwarding an email) whereas on the companies computer I could not even log into my email provider. I then told the female desk assistant that I will refuse to pay for the billing on a computer with such slow internet speeds if they are to charge per minute. She then became very ****y/arrogant and became fairly aggressive. I then requested to speak to the manager (who I believe is related to her) who then basically told me that if I were to refuse to pay for the lack of service I would not have access to any of the printing services either. Disgusting, rude, and arrogant manager with a complete lack of respect of others time. Appalling service.

Hello Edward.Blom,

Very sorry that your shopping experience turned out so disappointingly at our Lynnwood store.

The matter was discussed with the owner of the store. Most of our stores operate ADSL lines and it is not clear why it would not have been sufficient at the time.

At PostNet we believe that common courtesy should always prevail and this extends to our staff in particular. Sorry if we did not conform at the time.

Kind regards.
