Greed and selfishness with a smile

On 2015/08/22 at 11:20 I visited my local Post net at lifestyle Centre to make copies of some documents I needed for the bank, As the guy behind the counter started making the copies, I asked him to first tell me how much it will be seeing that my wife already left with our wallet and the printing could not have been more then a few Rands .<br> I told him that if it was going to be more than eleven rand he should not make the copies seeing that I only had R11.20 in my pocked, so he made the copies and then tells me that I must pay R12 for them. He was also not going to return my memory stick until I pay.<br> I had to phone my wife, how had to leave from an appointment in Midrand just to bring me 80c.<br> My question is what the F**k<br> Was it worth losing a client for 80c, and if you think this complaint is not worth something let me explain the <br> Repercussion <br> My wife had to leave her appointment that was paid for, I had to wait +_ 20min for her so I could get the documents, because I was late the person I had the appointment with left so I had to explain again to a another some 40min later and I was also to late to hand in the bank document to a client, so he decided not to go with me
