Grahamstown Postnet

This review is based exclusively on the service received from Jabu from the Postnet in Grahamstown.

My parcel accidentally ended up there (my fault, not Postnet's) and Jabu assisted me telephonically.

He was professional, friendly and polite but most importantly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendliness will only get you so far in business, being able to provide good service is what is essential, and Jabu delivered. He possessed all of these attributes whilst thinking outside the box.
