Good day. I went to Postnet hear in Kriel at the Ok...I come into Postnet the lady at the counter just said NEXT without greeting properly...I then after recieving my parcel had to sign...she did not comunicate to me at all just pointing with a ruler were i must sign and the details. At a stage i was not sure what to fill in a colum...then i asked her what should i put in hear then she said read at the top...not very professional...so i said to hear sjoe thanks for speaking to me...because the whole time you just pointed with a ruler not saying a word.That was really BAD SERVICE!!!
