Gone are the days when you would send a parcel with Postnet and receive it within 24 hours!

A parcel was dropped off at Hillcrest Postnet on Tuesday afternoon to come to Bloemfontein Loch Logan Waterfront Postnet. The receipt says the parcel should arrive in 2-3 days. I went to the Postnet in Bloem to look for the parcel but it still wasn’t there. I had to leave for Durban early Sunday morning, so if I had known that Postnet takes so many days to bring an item I was just going to wait for my trip to Durban. My parcel contains my 6 month old sons medication for convulsions. I was in hospital when the parcel was sent. Now Postnet expects me to pay another R109 to have the parcel returned to Durban. Postnet used to be so efficient. I could have paid less at Pep and received it today just as I received Postnets message to go collect today only at 12pm.
