Going the extra mile :)

Just wanted to give a huge compliment to Justin at Postnet Pavillion. I was couriering a vile of blood from Westville to Pretoria for analysis. This was extremely important to me. He offered to keep everything refrigerated on ice until the courier company came to collect ( and making sure his fridge wasn't too cold that it may freeze!), He made very sure that the courier handled my item with care as well. When I called through in the morning to check on the delivery, he had already followed up with the courier for proof of delivery, to make sure everything was there on time.<br> <br> This meant the world to me, you did absolutely everything you possible could to make sure that my blood vile was kept in the best care, and delivered as soon as possible.<br> <br> Thank you for your excellence :)
