Gail working at flamingo square... Very rude

I spoke to n lady by the name of Gail... I simple asked for a favor and there was a misunderstanding. I emailed her a few times about where my package is and she got irritated and rude with me. When I called her about my package she said it's not there. I went to the shop and it was there so she **** to me or just did not do any effort to see if my package was received... She told my that it was shipped back to the depo but I got it that same day. When I called her when cursed at my and people were laughing in the background. She said there is nothing she can do for me and that I should wait til next Monday.

Can't believe that such a person like Gail could work with you... She's one of the most horrible people I've ever come across in my life.
