Furious customer

If there was a 0 I would have given it to you even a -.I am so discasted with your service at one of your branches in Uitenhage,I went there and courier a parcel on the 3rd of February2026.I didn't receive any SMS of confirmation or tracking information to my surprise your staff can't even trace the parcel because up to today still the intended recipient hasn't received the parcel nor me. All I was told is there's nothing they can do as they can't trace it.what do u want me to do because I want my parcel back as I paid.this is unacceptable as I am a paying customer and do whatever it is as long as I have my parcel back before I loose my mind
