Fast delivery but package destroyed

<p>I had something shipped to me. A PS4 game. The delivery was very quick but the case of the game was totally destroyed. More than enough provision was made by sender. The case was wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a sturdy envelope. This is unacceptable. The value of the game I bought is also dependent on the condition of its case. </p>
