Fantastic Customer Service From Renier
I visited the Brackenfell branch of Postnet today to request a courier service for a large parcel that I need to send from Brackenfell,Cape Town to Lyttleton,Pretoria. I was greeted with a smile by the gentlemanbehind the counter,named Renier. He advised me of all the different options and even bubble wrapped the parcel for me to prevent breakage. Well done Renier,you made an impact today with your friendly,efficient and professional customer service. Keep up the good work!
