False advertising & sly company

<p>According to the sales person at Postnet Doringkloof, all packages under 5kg's are on special @ R99, which is also advertised on their banners at every Postnet branch. This morning I took my parcels, bought a small box to put in the goods to be sent. The lady kindly wrapped the box with celotape. Great was my surprise when I was quoted R244!!!!! When I asked why I have to pay that much, she and her colleague said that they go with whatever is more - the volume of the box or the weight of the box. The volume was greater, so ****** their special and what they advertise, as long as they can make money in their own legitimate way... This is the first time that I have used Postnet, and also the LAST TIME. I will also let my friends, family and colleagues know NOT to use Postnet, as this company goes according to their own rules. The reason why I picked Postnet to deliver the package, is because of the special. And then I had to pay R244 instead of R99! Never again. And Postnet - I WANT THAT PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED ASAP, ALL INTACT, AND I WANT MY R145.00 BACK. Won't ever make use of your slyness again. </p>
