Failure to deliver parcel and lies.

I handed in a parcel on Monday morning on 23rd October 2017 to be delivered to an address in Beira, Mozambique. I was promised it should be there on Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday I was told that the parcel is in Mozambique already. They could not say where. Today, Monday, 30th October 2017 to my shock I found out that the parcel is still in Johannesburg and never left for Mozambique. People travelled from Bandua to Beira to fetch the parcel just to find out it was a lie. This is very bad.
