Want to compliment this young man on the way he handled our police clearance. What a breathe of fresh air! So friendly and extremely helpful with the knowledge that goes with organizing the delivery and collection of these very important documents. Dale certainly adds life to that store now and his happy disposition goes a long way. I will only use Postnet now because he is there and always greets and makes the customer feel special. Postnet should employ more youngsters like this in all their branches, makes such a different and clearly he is proud to be there and be of service to his customers. Well done young man, I am impressed. Keep it up and keep smiling and adding life to that store, maybe some of the ladies there can take a feather from your cap.
