EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Went to Postnet this morning to post a parcel - what a **** experience. The rudest and mean people I have ever came across. I told them that they should not do me in as the previous time when they overcharged me with R50.00 for a parcel, then the guy behind the counter to whom I was not even speaking, came with his attitude and wanted to get cheeky with me.<br> <br> I told him I am going to report him since I am not speaking to him and that the previous parcel were in the range of the R99.00 parcels and they overcharged me and the size were within range.<br> <br> They told me they have to open the parcel to inspect the contents - what nonsense is this - the parcel has already been wrapped and closed up, now it has to be open again !!!! Ridiculous. Told me that it is company policy - gmfff...<br> <br> Funny that their parcels always weigh 5kg and at the PO the same parcel only weighed 2kg<br> <br> Postnet Secunda will never ever see me again and I will tell everyone I came across to never post parcels at Secunda Postnet.<br> <br> Rude, unprofessional service, opening your parcels I have ever came across.<br> <br> And then they still ***** your money by charging you the wrong amount.
