Express not so Express Delivery

Paid for express but no express delivery. I sent a package on the 11.11.2025 from Postnet Grassy Park to Postnet Kathu. wanted to package to be delivered at least by the Friday 14.11.2025. As I missed the send off for the 11.11.2025. They informed me my package would be send on Overnight Express the next day 12.11.2025. Its now 16.11.2025 my package still has not been delivered yet I paid for express delivery. I need a refund for the extra delivery costs I paid since now my package is being delivered in 7days instead of express overnight.
