Excuse regarding document that can't be attached

The worst experience not just just today but on a previous occasion, I had a certificate mailed to me stating Cleary do not fold, yet received folded in the mailbox so clearly staff can't read.

Today I urgently wanted to documents scanned, I took them one hour and yet was unable to be emailed to me except slow internet whilst another person had a document scanned andimeadiatley it was done. Staff are not tentative towards clients, lack of knowledge regarding internet and overall service. Bottom line go somewhere else where staff are tentative.
